Great news!! The first of three Board of Directors Meetings has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Torrance Art Museum.
The TAM's newest exhibition opens this weekend and the Docent Meeting and Walkthru with the curator takes place on Friday where the new TAMA MEMBERSHIP FORMS will be available! They will also be available at the public Exhibition Opening on Saturday evening.
The membership benefits are pretty cool; curator-led tours and Members-Only receptions prior to the openings of exhibitions are just the start!!
We are looking forward to getting up and walking soon, but for now we'll stick with the baby steps.

Finalizing the Bylaws...one step closer!
The TAMA Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday this week to finalize the Bylaws and the document that will ultimately become our Articles of Incorporation....
In carrying through with the infant metaphor, perhaps this could be thought of as sleeping through the night. :)

How cool is this?? A blog!! The Torrance Art Museum Advocates are working hard to get our website up and running so the good people of the City of Torrance and art lovers everywhere can begin to obtain a membership to the Torrance Art Museum!!!! SWEEEEET!
